Platform Releases

We make monthly releases of the platform on the second Thursday of each month. Releases are made to the internal staging environment first and kept there for 11 days We reserve the first 4 days (Thursday to Sunday) for internal performance and soak testing. The remaining days (Monday to Sunday) are allocated for internal application developers to perform regression testing. If no application developer vetos the release then we push the code from staging to the live environment on the following Monday.
Note, in the coming months, we plan to make the staging environment accessible to all developers not just those internal to Talis.
The release schedule is as follows:
- Release 12, to internal staging on 8th May, to live on 19th May - see its Release Notes
- Release 13, to internal staging on 12th Jun, to live on 23rd Jun
- Release 14, to internal staging on 10th Jul, to live on 21st Jul
- Release 15, to internal staging on 7th Aug, to live on 18th Aug
- Release 16, to internal staging on 11th Sep, to live on 22nd Sep
